Only two destinations in the world offer the All Inclusive concept in Hotels. One is Dominican Republic. As its name implies, when you make a reservation, the price includes: all meals, A la Carte restaurants, snacks, national drinks, beach and swimming pool activities, nightclubs and even more. Everything is included when you make the reservation, except for the Casino and the Spa.

In addition, another of the attractions of this Convention is that we will have the convenience of attending the activities of the Convention within the Hotel where we stayed. We got some very special prices, and reserve the rooms previously to ensure you a pleasant stay. As its name suggests, when you book a room, the price is per person and per night. That is, in a single room: only one person stays in the room, in a double: two adults sharing the same room and Triple: three adults share. Children from 4 to 12 years will have a fee of 50% in a double.

Important: the Hotel provides fixed schedules for the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, although there are other places to eat for 24 hours. Check-in or registration of the Hotel  entrance is at 3: 00 p.m. and check-out or check out is at 1: 00 p.m. As all hotels, rates apply extras do not comply with this schedule. At the time of registration, they placed a special bracelet, to have access to all the included facilities of the hotel.

We have reached an agreement with one of the largest national tourism company, so you can direct all requests for registration. We then achieve: best prices, assure your request for transfers from and to the airport, better organization and best offers on the “extras”, that may be requested to feel the desirability of each one of you.

Unlike other conventions you just have to fill out a form, make your reservation, pay, all with a personalized service and in your language, so that your stay during the Convention will be as pleasant as possible.

Note: It is important to know that in an “All inclusive” hotel, you will have to book in advance if you need a single, double or triple room, because they cannot be changed as in other hotels. If you come with another person or persons, we suggest you combined with the others colleagues before making the reservation.
